Code of Conduct

For a safe and discrimination-free beer industry

Indigo Reef Brewing Company (IRBC) is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone and will not tolerate harassment, abuse, or discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, physical appearance, race, religion, national origin, or any other protected class. This applies (in-person and online) to our employees, customers in the taproom, our partners, and participants at festivals and events. We do not tolerate harassment of employees, customers, or vendors in any form.

 

Definition of Harassment

Unwanted verbal or physical conduct resulting in the recipient(s) feeling uncomfortable, intimidated, or humiliated.

 

Action and Reporting

In the event of a situation involving unwelcome and inappropriate behavior, employees, customers, partners, and vendors are encouraged to contact an IRBC manager or owner, either in-person or virtually, to report the incident. You may contact any of the following to report an incident:

 

Reports of Code of Conduct violations will be taken seriously, thoroughly documented, and investigated without retaliation. Corrective action including but not limited to a written warning, suspension, termination, or other consequences will be taken where appropriate. In order to properly investigate the incident, anonymity cannot be guaranteed but will be limited to only those necessary to complete the investigation.

 

At IRBC, we strive to make great beer that we can share with everyone. The comradery of enjoying a quality beer in a safe, comfortable, family environment in our taproom is an experience that we love to provide. Help us foster these positive experiences for everyone by adhering to this Code of Conduct while at IRCB and when enjoying IRBC beer out in the world.
